Apple iPhone 12 leaks 120Hz dispaly, 5G and larger batteries

Apple will offer a dynamic 120Hz ProMotion display on the iPhone 12 Pro models with the ProMotion system, the display on the “Pro” models will switch between 60Hz and 120Hz depending on the content. This is done to save battery life although Apple is planning on increasing battery capacity some more for this year’s models.

Also Apple going to introduce the 5G in iPhone. The combination of 5G and ProMotion is going to require more battery power and Apple is expected to pack the iPhone 12 Pro Max with a 4400mAh battery

 

Apple looking to move one fifth of iPhone production from China to India

The ongoing coronavirus situation and the consequential delays in production brought up the discussion about some companies relocating their production lines outside of China.

According to The Indian Economic Times, the Cupertino-based tech giant is in the midst of working with the Indian government in order to shift reportedly a fifth of its production from China to India. Additionally, Apple is reportedly going to produce up to $40 billion worth of smartphones in India.
