The Redmi 10X will be the first phone to use the MediaTek Dimensity 820 chipset. This chip supports dual SIM, dual standby functionality on 5G, allowing both SIM cards to be connected at the same time.

As of calling benefits, users will get unlimited Jio-to-Jio calling and landline benefits. For non-Jio calls, the plan offers 3,000 minutes of benefits to customers.

Facebook announced yesterday that it is acquiring GIPHY. The GIPHY started in February 2013 as a search engine for GIFs and it was apparent that co-founders Alex Chung and Jace Cooke were on to something after they attracted one million users during GIPHY’s first week. After that soon GIPHY was allowing users to post, embed, and share GIFs on Facebook. Half of GIPHY’s traffic comes from Facebook-owned apps with Instagram making up 50% of that figure.
Facebook says, “By bringing Instagram and GIPHY together, we can make it easier for people to find the perfect GIFs and stickers in Stories and Direct. Both our services are big supporters of the creator and artist community, and that will continue. Together, we can make it easier for anyone to create and share their work with the world…GIFs and stickers give people meaningful and creative ways to express themselves.
Apple will offer a dynamic 120Hz ProMotion display on the iPhone 12 Pro models with the ProMotion system, the display on the “Pro” models will switch between 60Hz and 120Hz depending on the content. This is done to save battery life although Apple is planning on increasing battery capacity some more for this year’s models.
Also Apple going to introduce the 5G in iPhone. The combination of 5G and ProMotion is going to require more battery power and Apple is expected to pack the iPhone 12 Pro Max with a 4400mAh battery
The ongoing coronavirus situation and the consequential delays in production brought up the discussion about some companies relocating their production lines outside of China.
According to The Indian Economic Times, the Cupertino-based tech giant is in the midst of working with the Indian government in order to shift reportedly a fifth of its production from China to India.
